4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the app or related systems
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or circumvent app functionality, except as permitted by law
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for any medical or health-related decision
- Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates the rights of others
You are responsible for the images and content you choose to submit.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Our applications may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase
- Any free trial, if offered, will be subject to the terms presented at the time of the offer and may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled in accordance with the applicable terms

6. Intellectual Property
The Check Scanners applications, including its content, design, text, graphics, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works based on the app or any part of it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our applications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for use of the app during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or where otherwise permitted by law.
You may stop using the app at any time.
